Never knew Dave personal but most definetly knew of the man and his achievements, Just back from the FAOB having watched missing man formation by Silver Falcons.

Dave Stock, Sir. May you fly in peace.

Condolences and our thoughts remain with Dave's family and friends.

Enjoyed flying with you Dave. We sure had some good trips together. Miami in the 744 and fun times on the 737.
Sorry your "call up" papers arrived so soon. But it's not for us to choose. God needed you for some other mission.
Thankyou for your contribution while you were here.

Still speechless. Condolences to the family, friends and loved ones of Dave. Dave, I know you and my dad and all the other "fly boys" are chatting up a storm in a much better place than what we are in right now! RIP. Keeping you all in our prayers.

Several SAA pilots have phoned me and expressed their condolences with the loss of Dave - he will be missed by his SAA colleagues. Such a huge loss today. Too many friends have left us over the last few years - not a happy situation...

I never knew him personally, but my Father-in-law new him for many years in the Air-Force as well as at TFDC and more recently at TC. Very sad loss! Hope they are able to find cause of the malfunctions which lead to the crash. Sincere condolences to his family and friends!

Philip.
