Hi Guys,

I am flying with my 2 boys this weekend 29 Sept FALA-FALE on MN0595
returning FALE-FALA 03 Oct on MN0506.
Their age is 5 and 9 years old.
This is their first time flying in a big jet and I would like to make this flight extra special for them.

I will really appreciate it if they can pop into the flight deck to see how it looks like either before, during or after the flight.

Regards,

Hanno

After the flight is probably the easiest. Just ask one of the crew when deplaning if you can pop into the cockpit with the kids.
How come every time my ship comes in I'm at the airport?

Hi everybody
Young 20's, male, passionate private pilot working towards commercial license.
Flying from FAEL - FAOR on the 13th November 2018 with MN802 and would love the opportunity to sit in the flight deck for takeoff & approach.
Unfortunately for the right reasons pilots deny requests made on the day. I hope this approach holds a different outcome.
For any more info kindly message me privately.

Thank you & kind regards,
GC

Don't you need to put some dates in there?

And, Beinghuman, being human, the captain is only likely to invite you into his cockpit if he thinks you might enhance the atmosphere in there, so I guess a bit of please and thank you wouldn't go amiss 8)

Hi Ladies and Gents

I'm flying SA023 HRE-JNB this Friday 5th October and returning on SA022 on Monday the 8th.

I would love an opportunity to sit up front and I promise not to touch anything or talk out of turn. I fly LSA's and would appreciate seeing how you big guys operate.

Thanks in Advance

Hi there, not sure whether our airline colleagues read this anymore. Here's hoping.. interesting one this.

I've been up front a few times but it's been too long so was hoping someone could check the schedule for me and maybe offer an introduction? I've done the Comair 737 Level D experience 3 times now, so know what's up and when to shut up :-)

I'm flying MN612 DUR->JNB on 14/10/2018 - It departs DUR at 15:10 on 14 OCTOBER.

I've booked 3 seats in Row 1 even though only two Pax are flying. I was just not in the mood for a person next to us in middle seat... going to be interesting to see how the staff deal with my 3 seat booking for 2 pax flying.

Would be even better if my friend, as remaining pax while I'm in the jumpseat, retains the entire Row 1A-C

Freddie (still holding my SA SPL) and on 083 521 897one

Never sure whether to ask first on plane (general experience is that is a bad time, everyone in a rush to complete their duties) or wait till absolute last (don't mind it, I have good, guaranteed seats.. but makes the head-count/weight consideration a mission). I'll probably stick to just staying out of people's hair and be the last to board and then ask. Long pants may be missing.. it's DURBAN after all... but I'll be spiffy and collared.

Hoping however I get a reference before the day - much less effort/debate/stress/arrangements on all involved.
If you can help.. please do?

Thanks,
Freddie (083 521897one)

Hi there,

I am a Swiss PPL holder who will be spending his holidays in Margate next week and therefore will be flying on following Cemair flight:

5Z 602 JNB-MGH on the 7th of November 2018.

I am looking forward to trying Cemair and would be overjoyed if were able to occupy the jumpseat, providing the current regulations permit it. I understand that this is a shot in the dark but if you don't ask you don't get.

Hi Guys/Girls

Flying Kulula on Thursday the 29 November 2018 FALA - FACT on MN463 at 07:55am.

Returning on 5 December 2018 on MN454 at 15:55

I am a valid PPL holder for the last 28 years and gliding for the last 33 years. If there is a vacant spot on the jumpseat that would be FANTASTIC, I would love to witness the take-off from the sharp end.

Thanks

Do any of these requests actually pay off with a positive result?
