A piece quoted from the next article.

https://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News ... t-20180308
(#GuptaLeaks: The great train robbery - Part 1: the Zurich tryst)
Mr X told us: "Chris nearly fell off his chair. He said: 'How do we pay 20%?' They said: 'One, our money doesn't get paid in SA, it gets paid in Dubai and Hong Kong and, two, don't you make aeroplanes?' Chris confirmed Bombardier was one company with one owner: Bombardier Aerospace was a division.

"They said, 'You can sell us a $60m jet for $5m and claim it was second hand'."

(The Guptas did purchase a new Bombardier Global 6000 in 2014 – at a discount – but Bombardier insists the price and discount were market-related.)

Where is the Gupta Global?

Anybody know if it is in SA yet?

AFAIK it must be handed over within 15 days of court judgement...that was 19th of March...that gives them roughly 4 days to hand it over...what happens if they dont comply with court order?

If it's not handed over by the deadline, the CAA has been ordered to cancel its registration with immediate effect.

If the registration is cancelled, how will this help the situation?
Will ATC in other countries check this prior to granting the jet permission to land?

For one, the aircrew would not fly the aircraft knowing that the reg is cancelled?
How come every time my ship comes in I'm at the airport?

The 15 days the High Court gave to have ZS-OAK delivered to Execut at Lanseria have come and gone.

Has OAK been delivered to ExecuJet as ordered, or will the SACAA niw have to deregister it?

Apparently they have filed an appeal to the ruling so all in limbo for now.

Can they use the Jet while the appeal is ongoing?
