language proficiency

hi all

so went to renew my license at caa. they said my level 4 english proficiency has expired. i got it by aubmitting my matric certificate a few years back. the caa say i cannot submit matric anymore and need to do an exam then i get level 6 and this will never expire.

anyone give advice on best place to do this and cost.

what a schlep. caa making it difficult .
