Currencies

Good Day to you
I would like some one from the CAA currency department to please contact me on the status of currencies, that were sent in in March and still not been issued or my questions via E-mail not answered. I do understand the back log but please bear in mind that my clients think its me holding the issue of the certificates up.

Best get hold of Tinyiko who is the person that assigns the applications: MathobelaT(at)caa.co.za or even better 011 545 1069

They're trying their best but sometimes need a bit of intervention / reminding (don't know why, it can't be that complicated)

Her superior (as far as I understand) is Cathy Teague...

I know ---- after around 20 attempts the last two weeks I finally got through to Tinyiko on the phone this morning (Emails just kept going unanswered and unread).
Pretty efficient once one does manage to get hold of them, but man, getting that line of comms in the first place is a serious test of one's patience!
