Since the pic the paint scheme changed to the "NCA" scheme (the charter co it belonged to), then the MRI scheme (Med Rescue), then the kindergarten colors for the roof top (red, yellow,blue).

RAT is a victim of the dreaded wing spar AD.
She ended up as a display on top of the roof of a local shop in Walvis Bay.
Since removed, falling apart and corroded to bits.
This pic was taken about 1990 at Eros.
