It seems that the links to the relevant forms as contained in this Avcom thread http://www.avcom.co.za/phpBB3/viewtopic ... s#p1701389 are no longer active.
Please can someone steer me to the correct process/forms to transfer a currently valid radio license from the current owner to a new aircraft owner?

Just do a new application. On the form it gives you the option for transfer of radio licence from old owner to new.

The best is to do it online. Go to https://online.icasa.org.za/ and register yourself/company owning the plane.
The website requires that you use Google Chrome as a browser.
Once registered you can enter a new application, or convert a legacy licence (you should have the number) to a new licence for a different owner.
