LICENCE RENEWAL - HELP WANTED

Unread post by Marion » Tue Aug 23, 2011 11:03 am

I have held a Zimbabwean Radio Licence since 1981 and validated my Zimbabwean licence in South Africa in 2000. I also got an ICASA validation on my radio licence.

I would like to know what I need to do to now renew this licence. Can you help. I live in Plettenberg Bay so I am a bit out of the way of the normal licencing departments.

Much appreciated.

Are you talking about your personal licence to operate a radio or the licence of some radio equipment. If the former there is no renewal required

Chris, Greetings and Salutations,

I'm in contact with M-P offline but you are on the right track with your comments. Her query involves both the operator certificate aspect (which as we know is no longer pertinent as a separate cert) and also an equipment licence. The matter is a bit complex for the forum which is why I responded offline.

Ciao for now

Peter
