Airframe hours: 261hrs
Engine type and hours: Rotax 582, 261 hrs
Prop type: Aeroprop, ground adjustable, composite. 261hrs.
Avionics and other equipment.

Icom IC-A21radio
12v outlet socket.
Reason for sale, want to do sightseeing with a PPG
viewing location, Morning Star Airfield, Western Cape.

Lovely plane! Out of curiosity, how does one get type certified on a single seater?

....this is a two seater, side by side - what is the cabin width kevins?

...type certification on a single seat you get by flying and communicating by radio to your instructor!

Hi Jediant
My S9 is a single seat, has a large cockpit and seat is adjustable.
When I did my conversation, my instructor did a few circuits in the aircraft and then gave me a few pointers and I then flew with the instructor observing from the ground. I had previous flying experience as well as tail wheel experience.

As a matter of interest, what's the climb rate like with the 582?

Can it be flown inverted?

Hello Bob The Builder.
the climb rate with the 582 is 1000 foot a minute.
the aircraft can fly inverted for as long as you can handle it. fitted with inverted fuel system.
the attached video has a segment where i roll to inverted and then carry out a half inverted loop, pulling about negtive 2.8 g
