That’s correct Mike. Land at Glenside (with prior permission) and walk down their driveway and across the road.

We once again have a restaurant open at the popular little Stonehouse in Himeville, KZN. The previous restaurant closed for a while.

Yip - haven't been there myself (yet), but spoke to a very friendly Willie.

The graded airstrip is 1400 m long and at 5740 ft. 02/20
Co-ords given asS 28 23 43 E28 22 55

At this stage they provide breakfast till about noon.

The plan is to provide fuel, transport and accomodation later on.

I will definately visit soon.

Went in there today. runway is OK - nice and wide but a little bumpy. The trees on final will get your attention. Food OK. R100 for buffet breakfast.

I've never heard Steve said we need to get permission to land at Glen side, I know he does not like you to turn blasting his hanger on the concrete so apply common airmanship and all is welcome.

That’s good to know Cornell. I normally give him a call as a courtesy none the less. And yes, don’t block any of the designated crop sprayers parking.
