Is there a reg for E190 c/n 190-00373 ex N373NC, HC-COY, PH-DNB, A9C-MD, PT-XNK? Got delivered to LNK in June.

Last I have for B-3158 is a flight to Tianjin 24 March, unless it still needs to be delivered.

Back to fleet changes, which is what this thread is supposed to be about….

I see Flysafair brought ZS-SJO (ex Mango and before that SAA) into service yesterday. So that’s one of the 5 aircraft they are bringing into service over the next few months. The next I guess will be ZS-ZWV and EI-ENY which I assume may become ZS-FGF? Any confirmation on which the other two airframes will be?

It looks like Airlink is using a 737-300 as well at the moment, scheduled for GRJ tomorrow.

Confirmed to be ZS-VDB, lsd from Star Air Cargo. Ex-Mango, and B-2939 with Shenzhen Airlines before that

Not sure. It isn't YAU or YAW, maybe a new bird? YAX/YAZ? What will Airlink use for E190s after YAZ? I notice that the following regs are open: YAE, YAG, YAI, YAQ.

On a side note, I noticed YBB taxiing to the Global A340 storage area at JNB. Any news on what's going on?

On Friday a red tail A340 was parked with the 3 white tails and a red tail 340 was in the SAAT compound.
The SAAT compound is a sad sight with a Mango 737 with engines, a section of leading edge removed plus BA 737, Air Namib 319, SAA 340s with engines removed.
Across the road to the Super South gate the SAX birds are also looking rather sad.

ZS-YAG was a CL60 which I think has now reached end of life at Lanseria.

Airlink
ZS-YBB is back in service after a bit of a break. Not sure, but I suspect that she may be the first E170 in the new colours. Guess we'll have to get verification on that.
Seems like another E190 has entered service, either YAU, YAW or that third E190.

FlySafair
ZS-ZWV is in service, rocking the same white livery as her sistership ZWO. Source: https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/10643196
ZS-SJO is also in service. Not sure what livery she's in. It could be the standard livery. Although, I do have reason to believe she has the SJU version of the Springboks livery, based on a picture I saw a few days ago, but it could just have just been SJU from an angle at which the nosegear door reg looks like it says "SJO".

On a side note, anyone know what happened to ZWT? She's been stored since Feb 2020, but I don't know what's happened to her since then.

I saw ZS-ZWT parked on the “second row” at the Safair apron about 2 weeks ago which means one of two things. Either Flysafair is looking at taking it over; or it will be scrapped. I fear the latter unfortunately.

Latter is correct.
