ATNS ATCO bursary selection process

hi guys so if u have waited for more than 60 days with out a response from atns & when u call them they tell u to wait has there been similar cases where people were contacted after the 60 days or more after the have sent they're application? because it clearly states on their website that after 60 days consider your application unsuccesful

How does the selection process work?
Are you categorized under gender, race etc?
Or is it more in line with past aviation experience.

I have around 750 hours of tower experience at FAKM when I was still at school. When I wanted to apply, I was rejected. I had the privilege to speak to Hein the CEO at the time.
His words were to keep reapplying as soon as the bursaries opened.
That was 3 years ago.

I'm currently doing my apprenticeship for a AME...
