unfortunatly due to ACSA permit and security arangements it is now very dificult to organise visits to the ATC Centre.

ACSA has insisted that all people who enter the ATCC will have to have an ACSA permit.Issuing of a permit can mean that you have to que at ACSA permit office for round 3 hours and the cost is ridiculus (I think its R200 for a 1 day permit)

ATNS has to abide by these rules as ACSA supllies the security at the airport and it's their rules.

We are currently in negaotiations with ACSA to have this changed or to have the control tower resoned as landside but we have had no luck yet.

So unfortunatly no tours of FAJS due to the security problem with permits
ok now what do we do

Me three, i had an invite and could not make it     Well maybe R200 is not too bad then :D Just out of principle i probably would not do it due to ACSA's attitude to life

the cost is nottoo much the issue its the fact that it takes about 3 hrs to get the permit issued cause you join the queue at the permit office. Very few people I know have 3 hrs to waste like that
ok now what do we do
