Well if you've applied 5 times I hope you've noticed by now that the rule is 60 days (it's clearly stated on the website) . If they don't get back to you within 60 days, your application was not successful. You can continue sending e-mails, they won't reply. Unlike 43, ATNS has over a thousand applying for one intake, and only about 15 are successful. So their inbox will most definitely be overloaded with e-mails from unsuccessful applicants. And that is probably why they have an automated reply system in place.

I think after 2 times not successful you should maybe start thinking of something else. Otherwise you'll just waste ATNS' and your own time.

Yes, i've read the website. The is info that i'd like that is NOT on the website, those are the emails i'm refering to.
As for the "Time Wasting" : I am doing something else, I work in the film industy, and no, I will never stop applying, if its ones dream to do something, never stop trying. Thanks for you're negativity though, have a nice week...

I think what Director meant was you (we) should think about exploring alternative ways of getting into ATC (like the 43 airschool option if possible...) :)

What puzzles me, though, is how they go about selecting these ~15 candidates based on such a minimal application form...

The problem with all jobs - If you are in it for the money then you are in it for the wrong reasons. "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." and then the money will look after itself.
