I thought I would share a few pics of our new RV9a that made its first flight on 11 June 2022 at Krugersdorp in the capable hands of test pilot Dale De Klerk.
She flies flawlessly, much to the relief of the builders! All those hours in the workshop are certainly worth it in the end.

Congratulations John and Chris It is quite n achievement to finish your own RV.
It as been quite a journey and I am glad that I could have been your AP and hopefully my advice has contributed to your build being successful. I see that I have visited you in 2018 already.

We really appreciate all your help on the project. Pete Lastrucci kindly assisted us with the final inspection and CAA paperwork.
Hopefully the weather cooperates this weekend and we can get some more RV flying in
