A few weeks have once again become a month.......this time I took a hard stance and basically gave an ultimatum    . I must say the effect seems to be satisfactory   They were told in no mean terms, : I have a good name in aviation and plan to keep it as such, and will NOT tolerate other people`s empty promises to affect my good standing .

This little aeroplane has potential, the company must just be in the right hands.

Not quite winning the lottery........but with some hard work there may yet be some cash
The proof of the pudding is in the eating thereof..........I have just now received a draft copy of the contract for the takeover, with a couple of minor changes I will be satisfied with the content.
Basically I gave the present owners a VERY definate ultimatum, which reaches the end of it`s course by the last day of this month.
Will keep you guys posted as things progress.
Regards
Jean.

Hi Jean

Is it really necessary to obtain the "company"? They are clearly inactive and the cubby can definitely do with improvements. By the looks of it, it would be much simpler to file a new design and rebrand it. If the price is good, it will sell.

There is not much of a reputation to the name cubby anyway, the only value having ever laid in Kobus who is obviously no longer involved.

Just my opinion.
A mere 93 model.

JP Schulze, if you knew the costs involved in getting a new design to the point of a flying aircraft, then you would appreciate why I choose to take this route. The costs are to say the least , enormous. I am buying the rights to the name, the type acceptance, the tooling and molds, some stock. The "Company" as such is not what I want, there is a new entity being registered wherein all assets will be placed.
I hope this explains it well enough for you.
