The Mail and Guardian has this article on South Africa's' plans to evacuate citizens from China.

https://mg.co.za/article/2020-02-14-sas ... ronavirus/
They should just do what the vast majority of foreign governments of done to repatriate citizens from Wuhan have done. Contract an ACMI operator with experience in this sort if thing. Kalita, HighFly, etc...
The Chinese (rightly so) has a policy that no one should leave to contain the virus at source. They would expect any crew to go into quarantine with their passengers for 14 days before leaving.
Incorrect. The Chinese don't want THEIR citizens to leave. The many repatriation flights have ended with the various countries quarantining their citizens in their home country. The famous case of this, is the Australians doing this on Christmas Island.

Now that is the biggest drivel I have ever read, of which the author is definitely some demented freak.

....demented or not, he braid some facts nicely into the story he tells, this will be a master script for a mini series!

I think you have hit the nail on the head V5, he weaves some facts, and some possibilities into his fear mongering. Too many anonymous sources out there for my liking. I spoke to a well connected colleague from the mainland, he says the Government are under reporting the problem, but that this is what they say it is. The origin of it a bit murky.

Who knows, anything is possible, but this chaps take on it seems unlikely.
The older I get, the more I am convinced that "A Confederacy of Dunces" is non fiction.

Fiction becomes reality. The book "The Eyes of Darkness" was written by Dean Koontz in 1981
