OK-I will scan a copy of the article and email it to you as soon as I am back in SA. Was in Bend last year - flew the Epic LT and toured the then Columbia factory. Very Nice.

There are currently about 7 Angels in the production process and one flying - second one will be flying shortly.

Thanks - sadly Columbia became Cessna who promised to be in Bend for at least 10 years.......who then moved the whole factory to Mexico within 18 months, and are now being hit with a 50% import duty on the same parts that were being built in Bend. Go figure!

I hear there is a problem with using the Angel as a jump plane due to the NTSA "commercial" aspect involved and the CAA. I hope this gets sorted out as this was it's primary purpose as I understand it.

Awesome, that's great, so I guess the CAA is allowing them to be used as commercial jump-planes and the rumour is not true.
Got any pics of 1, 2 and 3?

Hey guys, it has been months now with the Angel in service, and still no info on Avcom. Initially I heard it was the answer to the Porter...if so, why no outpouring of stats?
I am genuinely interested in the plane for my DZ, and was hoping for lots more info.
Warbirdsfly, please could you scan the promised article for me.

Thank you so much. It looks great. I will wait for 1500 hours before getting greatly excited, and in the mean time, I am packing as much tail dragger time as possible into my days!
I hear there are a couple more going out to various DZ's in SA. Any idea when?

Warbirdsfly,

What are the registrations of the angels.
I know 1 ZU-BSV, 2 ZS-WXF, 3 ZS-WYC, 4/5? ZS-WWO. What are the rest in delivery order
