I receive an email stating its filed and I usually check on a slot about an hour before departure.
Up to now I have had no issues but it’s possible there is an acceptance confirmation I just haven’t found yet.

I can access it, and not sure if it is only on my side...

This problem has reared its head again, seems the security certificate has expired again and their is not much willingness from ATNS to get it fixed. According to the staff at briefing I should restore my web browser to a previous version to make it work

Can't use it on my Windows 11 laptop, but it still works on my iPad with Safari. iPad on IOS15.3 latest version.

Good day,

Please note that File2Fly is not accessible on the new Versions of browsers (Chrome, Firefox, SAFARI), the TLS (Transport Layer Security) on the new versions of browsers flags the connection as using an unsupported protocol.

For users to be able to access File2fly it is recommended to use the previous version. This will still flag the connection as not being fully secure, but users will be able to access the site. File2Fly is making use of the older TLS version which is deprecated on these browsers and is disabled on the new versions of browsers.

Please note that this is a temporary measure, Management is aware of the issue and we are awaiting a response from the Vendor.

If you are uncomfortable using these previous versions, please call the Flight Planning office on 0860359669 to file your flight plans.

I installed firefox and was able to access the site by accepting the security warning. Not ideal but at least access is possible.

Edit: Access is one thing, functionality seems to be a whole other story its just not working in firefox. Tried calling AIMS briefing office and I get the " this number is incorrect please check and try again" called ATNS they said cant help please call AIMS......... WTF this is not good at all.

I have been able to file for the last few days using firefox, functionality is severely limited. I can't see any of my previous flight plans or current ones but I can create a new flight plan and submit it. Then notification via email off acceptance.

I hope they sort this issue out soon but I doubt it will change within the next 6 months.

Those with edge can run the page in IE compatibility mode, it's less than ideal and the website itself is slower than a cub in a headwind but may be easier than sitting in the queue when calling

Sounds exactly like what I am experiencing on Firefox, but I will try the Edge option and see if there is any improvement. Thanks

I gave Segg's option a try now and the functionality is exactly as if using Firefox. So it works but no access to previous flight plans and you will not be able to amend on the platform. So we continue to hobble along one one leg...........

Are we up and running again? If so, Bravo, ATNS!!! I just filed a fpl on f2f and the site seems to have full functionality with Safari ( 10 yr old iPad Nogal!!!)

There is your reason its working, your iPad isn't updated with the latest Safari browser, hence its allowing the unsecure content through.

Same reason F2F works with Internet Explorer (long since discontinued by Microsoft)

Why ATNS seems to be incapable of fixing this crucial website flabbergasts me

Oh,ok hope it get sorted soon
